BCTRIMS 11th Annual Meeting 2010
Dear colleagues,
I am very pleased to invite you all for the BCTRIMS 11th Annual Meeting that will take place in Porto Alegre on May 5–8, 2010. We will find ourselves with the same enthusiasm that we are now celebrating the BCTRIMS 10th Anniversary. We will be also in the beginning years of the Brazilian Committee second decade working harder for a even brighter future.
BCTRIMS 10th Annual Meeting 2009
The 10th Annual Meeting held in Sao Paulo last August gorgeously celebrated the accomplishments of ten years of growth for the BCTRIMS. Attended by over 400 people from all regions of the country the meeting covered a wide range of topics on MS and MS variants.

The MS Awareness National Day at CIEM MS Research Center
The CIEM MS Research Center at the Federal University of Minas Gerais Medical School in Belo Horizonte held on August 22nd an education and social program for MS patients and caregivers to celebrate the MS Awareness National Day.
CMSC and ACTRIMS offer a new Prize at BCTRMS Meeting
The author of best Poster on multidisciplinary care in MS presented at BCTRIMS Annual Meetings will be sponsored for presentation at the CMSC Meeting. The newly introduced Prize was announced by June Halper and Jerry Wolinsky on behalf of the CMSC and ACTRIMS. The BCTRIMS Steering Committee decided to name it after the CMSC-ACTRIMS Prize.
